Buttercream Roses

A cake made for my regular customer Maxine, for her Mum's birthday :-)  A chocolate mud cake with dark chocolate ganache - and buttercream rose swirls.

    Hi Leslea,
    I came across a photo of your purple buttercream rose cake while doing a google search. I don't know that I have ever seen a better representation of this pattern. You do AMAZING work.
